Note that the University has contacted us and requested that we participate in this event as they have been playing Diplomacy over the past few months. This is a good opportunity to get some new people involved in the hobby and the tournament scene. This is the 2nd time that they have held this event and expect to get 400+ people through over the 2 days as well as some media coverage.

We have a room which has been put aside for us for the gaming.

The format of this will mean that new players can play for at least one round to get a taste of it (which is better than no rounds) without missing out on the rest of the convention. It will also mean that from 1.30 onwards on Saturday you can hang around at the convention, play some other games, or go home and have a sleep.
