    23-25 January 2010:Australian Diplomacy Champsionships

    Location: Summer Hill Community Centre, Sydney, NSW

    Format: 5 Rounds over 3 Days (Continuous tournament).
    Scoring System: Owls System (Modified Cricket)
    Tournament Director: Thorin Munro
    Cost: $30 for the 3 days or $15 per day, new players free
    Prizes: By the Australian Board Gamers League www.abgl.com.au and
    Seropeco www.seropeco.com.au
    1st Prize: Return Airfares & Accommodation to the Value of A$3000.00 to attend:
    World DipCon Championship in The Hague, Netherlands.
    Other Prizes: 2nd/3rd, Best Countries, Best Novice

    Format: 3 Rounds over 2 Days
    Scoring System: Detour98f
    Tournament Director: Will Black
    Cost: $30.
    Run in conjunction: With BATTLECRY hosted by the AMERICA club.

    6-8 March 2010:Victorian Diplomacy & Boardgames Convention 2010

    Location: The Melbourne Chess Club, 66 Leicester St, Fitzroy

    Victorian DipCon 2010
    Dates & Times: 6-7 March (9:30 am - 8 pm)
    Format: Multiple Rounds of Diplomacy over 2 Days
    Scoring System: TBA
    Tournament Director: Tristan Lee
    Cost: $20 for the whole weekend; no extra charge for entry to the Boardgames event. ($10/day casual play)
    Prizes: By the Australian Board Gamers League www.abgl.com.au and
    Seropeco www.seropeco.com.au

    Victorian Boardgames Championships
    Dates and Times: 6-8 March (10:30 am - 8 pm)
    Format: Play any multiplayer boardgame you like, and as many or little as you like.
    Scoring: Your best results will count towards this event (more details to follow soon.
    Cost: TBA
    Prizes: The Victorian Boardgames Champion perpetual trophy (since 2001), gift vouchers, games and more.
